MBA Executive

MBA Execuitve programme aims that a practising professional should acquire contemporary knowledge and skills and learns modern management techniques for handling business operations in a highly dynamic and competitive environment. The objectives of the programme are:

  • Working women professional get an opportunity to upgrade and empower themselves with a master’s degree in management.
  • The learner gets opportunity to plan career changes, and prepare for chosen careers in the various streams of management.

The programme provides a comprehensive coverage incorporating all the important subject areas with the scope for specializing in CSR, Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations and Systems management.

Two years, part time - four semesters and two summer terms

First and Third Semester - July to November

Summer Term - May and June



Any graduate with two years of work experience at the supervisory cadre.

Selection Procedure

Written test, group discussion and personal interview conducted by Jankidevi Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JDBIMS) or a valid score of any national level test taken during the current academic year.

Reservation of seats

The reservation for admission is as per the Government rules. However, Freeship is decided by the Social Welfare Department of the Govt. of Maharashtra. This is a self-financing programme and hence no freeship is available. The student has to pay the entire fees.

*A specialization will be offered only if there are five students or more opting for it.


Attendance: The students are required to have 75% of attendance in each subject, failing which they will not be allowed to appear for the final examination of the semester. In case the absence is due to illness, medical certificate will have to be produced immediately for consideration. For Business Communication, a student is expected to attend 75% of the classes/activities failing which a student has to re-register paying an additional fee for this course and complete it before she is eligible to complete the programme and participate in any placement activity.
